Jamie Kirk, Founder and Director, has dedicated over 10 years in mining operations, and 15 years as a well-respected safety professional in senior roles for large civil and mining corporations and high risk projects in high-voltage and renewable energy industries such as Enerven, BHP, SA Power Networks, Lendlease, and more.

Understanding the true impact of emotional intelligence when educating and implementing safe practices, Jamie and his team are seeking to continue improving workplaces with a humane approach to improve psychological safety - resulting in increased morale and productivity in the workplace.
